Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces when my schedule allows. Feel free to use the contact form to tell me what you have in mind, and we’ll chat about possibilities.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the project, and I’ll always keep you updated.

What shipping options do you offer?

I currently ship within the United States through USPS (First Class and Priority Mail). Tracking is provided with every order. If you need international shipping, we can discuss arrangements.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is handmade, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can find a solution together.

How should I care for my handmade piece?

Most items can be gently hand-washed in cool water and laid flat to dry. If your piece has special care instructions, I’ll include them with your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! If you’d like your order gift-wrapped or shipped directly to a recipient, just let me know at checkout.
